A high school English teacher, I tutor in writing composition, ESL, and GED preparation. I also regularly help with reading, literature, essay editing, grammar and mechanics, college essays, and public speaking. My personal belief is anyone can accomplish anything they put their mind to, but a little guidance and motivation is sometimes needed. That's what I am here for. My desire is to empower students to do their best and be an inspiration, so they reach the goals they set for themselves in school. I enjoy working with different students, interacting with people who come from other cultures, and learning facts about other countries. Originally from the city of Chicago, I now live in Indianapolis, Indiana and work in the public school system. I attended Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and Western Illinois University.
