I enjoy working with ideas and concepts; recently I had the opportunity to write my masters thesis while working for a non-profit based in Indianapolis. In addition to the masters thesis I wrote a case study on the non-profit analyzing their operational efficiency, internal communication, and culture; then made recommendations to strategically improve those areas.
