I have been in the field of education for over 20 years, 15 years as an English professor. I worked as an editor for a major magazine, and as an educational consultant for the Indiana Department of Education. I won teacher of the year while living in San Diego, and I LOVE being a tutor! I have taken classes in education, teaching, English, leadership, etc. and have also taught nursing students aspiring to pass the NCLEX.

I love the outdoors, especially skiing and camping, but I also love a great movie. Reading is something I make time for, but my most favorite activity is spending time with my two teenage children!
